1st Dentist Visit

Micah had a successful 1st dentist visit this morning. He was very polite and queit in the waiting room while he flipped through the Highlights magazine.

During the exam, he was a great patient too. The hygenist said his teeth look wonderful and that we are doing a great job brushing.



Who knew that having a picky eater would make a dentist so happy? Micah's dentist was thrilled that he doesn't like juice or soda. She said sticking with milk and water decreases the risk of getting cavities. I suppose we're on the right track.

The dentist gave Micah a timer so he can see how long he should be brushing. He thought it was a toothbrush for the demonstration dog. I was just happy that he was entertained and wasn't screaming like the little girl next door to us.
