Dallas Dream Home

We're back in Denver now after 6 long days in Dallas searching for a new home. Before we left for Dallas, we had our dream home picked out. It was on the lake and a block away from the neigborhood elementary school. It had beautiful plantation shutters and windows from floor to ceiling in the family room. It was perfect, and it was under contract. Bummer!

Luckily, we found another great home on the lake. It's a little further away from Tom's office, but it's perfect. For me, it was love at first sight. Check out these pictures I took. You can also google the house using the address: 620 Lake Point Dr., Little Elm, TX.

So, we put an offer in on this house and we are waiting on the results. The sellers are currently in a short sell position. This means our fate is in the hands of their bank since we have already gotten an acceptance from the family selling the house. Our offer expires on December 2nd, so all prayers are welcomed. We don't want to let another home get away from us since our move date is quickly approaching.
