Pinewood Derby

Last Saturday I finally got to attend one of Tom and Micah's Pioneer Club events: 

The Pinewood Derby

Tom spent the better part of the prior weekend building Micah's car and Micah helped with the paint job.  I think it was more of a competition for the dads, but the kids seem to have had alot of fun too.

Micah:  "Whose name did they call?"

Tom:  "Yours."

Micah won 3rd place overall.

He received a medal, a pinewood derby patch, and a 3rd place ribbon.

He was a very happy boy!

And we're very proud parents!
