It's Just October

It's that dreaded time of year again. It's time to pull out the sweaters, coats, hats, gloves, and snow boots. I have yet to see a true fall season in Colorado. The past two years we have gotten snow the very next day after raking all of the leaves from the front yard. Well, this year was even worse. We haven't raked the leaves yet, much less the leaves haven't completely fallen yet. I took this picture yesterday evening and guess what...It snowed today. There was barely any accumulation, at least not worth getting out in the nasty weather for a picture. I'm hoping the accumulation will hold out until after the 12th of October. My window in the snow pool is from October 13th to October 22nd.
