Good News!

I'm happy to say that we are one step closer to getting our dream house. As of yesterday, we have both of the seller's lenders signatures on the contract. It only took a month to get that far. Now the pressure is on to get our loan approved by December 30th. Considering all of the hoops that everyone is required to jump through to get a mortgage loan today, this will be a true Christmas miracle if everything falls into place in time. Our fingers are crossed and we are praying.
