Rum Point

Even on vacation, Micah wakes up at the crack of dawn. We're used to it though. We ate some breakfast and drove about a mile down the road to Rum Point, the same beach we fell in love with back in January.

Tom is starting to get the hang of driving on the opposite side of the road, but I remind him every time we get in to "keep left". I think by the time we leave here, he'll have the windshield wipers and blinker figured out. They're backwards too.

I found this piece of treasure while I was walking on the beach this morning. It's equivalent to roughly $12 USD.

Yes, he's still two and we had to get creative with our time-out location...

And this is what my boys did for most of the day....
We stumbled upon this shady spot on the side of the road today and took a detour for a few minutes.

Oh, and before I forget, thank you for all of the Birthday cards, messages, texts, and well wishes this past Tuesday. I will cherish the next three hundred and sixty-something days I have left in my 20s!
